HR Intern (Employer Branding)

We are looking for a creative and proactive HR Intern – Branding Focus to support employer branding and HR communication activities. In this role, you will work closely with the HR and Branding teams to design visual assets, create content, manage social channels, and contribute to internal engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about design, digital content, and storytelling within an HR context.

Responsibilities

The HR Intern will report directly to the HR Manager and will support with the following tasks:

Employer Branding Development (EB)

  • Design social media assets, posters, banners, and internal communication materials.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Propose creative ideas to enhance employer branding visuals.
  • Support content ideation for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Write content for social posts, employee stories, internal updates, and event recaps.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly content calendars.
  • Research candidate insights, content trends, and best practices in employer branding.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure recruitment and culture-related content remains updated.

HR support

  • Assist HR with administrative duties: documentation, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening basic profiles, and contacting candidates.
  • Help organize onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  • Support internal communication and HR announcements when needed.

Requirements

 

The HR Intern is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Undergraduate student in Communications, Marketing, HR, Design, or related fields.
  • Good English Communication
  • Good skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Experience or interest in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools).
  • Solid writing skills and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable supporting administrative HR tasks when required.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and proactive working style.
