The HR Intern will report directly to the HR Manager and will support with the following tasks:
Employer Branding Development (EB)
- Design social media assets, posters, banners, and internal communication materials.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance employer branding visuals.
- Support content ideation for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Write content for social posts, employee stories, internal updates, and event recaps.
- Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Research candidate insights, content trends, and best practices in employer branding.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure recruitment and culture-related content remains updated.
HR support
- Assist HR with administrative duties: documentation, scheduling, and data entry.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening basic profiles, and contacting candidates.
- Help organize onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Support internal communication and HR announcements when needed.
