Coordinate and track project tasks, tickets, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify potential blockers, and proactively communicate solutions.
Maintain clear and consistent communication between teams (sales, developerment, and support).
Prepare and update project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
Assist in setting priorities, timelines, and resource planning for ongoing projects.
Ensure all project activities align with overall goals and client expectations.
Use project management tools (e.g. HubSpot, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) to create, assign, and track tasks.
Keep workflows organized, up to date, and visible to all stakeholders.
Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
Support the team in process improvement and operational efficiency.
Manage and update HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate lead and customer information.
Monitor the sales inbox and coordinate with the sales team for new project requests or client communications.
Generate simple reports or updates from HubSpot to support project tracking.
3+ year of experience in project coordination/ scrum master, ideally in a tech or product-based company.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with task/project management tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good understanding of product development processes and cross-functional teamwork.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
