Senior Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist

• Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Looker Studio that effectively communicate key business metrics.
• Data Modeling & Transformation: Connect to diverse data sources (e.g., SQL databases, Google Analytics, Excel, APIs), clean and transform data, and build efficient, scalable data models using Power Query (M) and DAX in Power BI.
• Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify performance bottlenecks, and reveal business opportunities. Deliver insights in well-structured written summaries for decision-makers.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define analytical needs, establish KPIs, and design tailored reporting solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy, ensure consistency across reports, and maintain high standards of data integrity and visualization.

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of dashboard and report samples.
  
• Experience in handling data from complex surveys.
  
• BI Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
• Data Querying: Advanced working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for collaboration with international teams and preparing clear analytical documentation.
• Data Storytelling: Strong ability to interpret data and communicate findings in a concise, visually engaging, and business-focused manner.
• Freelance Mindset: Capable of managing deliverables independently, meeting deadlines, and working effectively in a remote/freelance setup.

• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data processing or automation.
