AI Engineer (Blockchain Experience)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our engineering team and help build intelligent, data-driven solutions for next-generation Web3 and digital asset platforms. In this role, you will design and integrate AI/ML capabilities into scalable backend systems, enabling advanced analytics, predictive insights, and intelligent automation for institutional financial products. You will work closely with Full-stack Engineers, Product teams, and Data stakeholders to develop production-grade AI services within a secure and regulated fintech environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about machine learning, financial analytics, and modern AI technologies, including LLMs and vector-based systems, with the chance to shape the future of digital asset intelligence.

Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Integration

  • Design, develop, and integrate machine learning models and AI-driven features into backend microservices using Python, Node.js, or Go.
  • Build scalable AI services that support intelligent automation, analytics, and decision-making across Web3 and fintech products.
  • Optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.

Data Processing & Analytics

  • Clean, process, and analyze large-scale financial datasets, transaction histories, and off-chain data from relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop data pipelines and workflows for structured and unstructured financial information.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient data integration across distributed systems.

RWA & Financial Intelligence

  • Develop predictive models for asset valuation, market forecasting, fraud detection, and risk analysis tailored to institutional digital asset clients.
  • Support the development of AI-driven insights for Real World Assets (RWA), tokenized assets, and financial analytics platforms.

API & Backend Development

  • Expose AI/ML functionalities through scalable and secure REST/WebSocket APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate AI-powered features into Web and dashboard applications.

Software Engineering Standards

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Git-based workflows.
  • Ensure AI systems comply with security, reliability, and regulatory requirements in fintech environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, preferably within Fintech, Financial Analytics, or Data-Driven platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience developing predictive models, analytics systems, or AI-driven applications for financial or enterprise use cases.
  • Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases such as Pinecone or Milvus is a strong advantage.
  • Solid backend engineering knowledge and experience working with distributed systems, microservices, and APIs.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Git-based workflows.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Experience working within Fintech, Digital Assets, or financial data analysis environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional engineering teams.
