AI Solutions Lead & Enablement Manager

We’re looking for an experienced AI expert ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role. As our AI Solutions Lead & Enablement Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI delivery, operational enablement, and leadership. You’ll help drive successful AI adoption both for our clients and internally, designing solutions that deliver real value while improving how we work. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations (ideally in full-stack development) who wants to move into project management, leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

The AI Solutions Lead & Enablement Manager will be responsible for the following:

Client Enablement & Delivery
- Act as the AI/ML subject-matter expert in client engagements
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions
- Advise clients on best practices, feasibility, and implementation
- Support pre-sales with solution design and scoping
- Mentor other developers and data scientists on AI adoption
Internal AI Strategy & Efficiency
- Lead the definition and rollout of internal AI tools and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve company operations using AI
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure successful implementation
- Set standards and best practices for safe, effective AI use
Project Management & Leadership
- Manage small to medium-sized AI projects end-to-end
- Support technical planning, estimation, and delivery
- Foster collaboration between developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Help grow the AI practice and support operational excellence in the tech department

Requirements

The AI Solutions Lead & Enablement Manager will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

Experienced AI practitioner (e.g., NLP, LLMs, ML pipelines, generative AI)
Solid coding background (ideally full-stack or data engineering)
Strong interest in project management and operational leadership
Clear communicator who can bridge tech and business
Proactive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership
Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, or production deployments is a plus
Consulting or client-facing experience is an advantage
