We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience in blockchain systems to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and distributed applications for international projects.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. Experience with blockchain architecture, smart contract integration, node deployment, or Web3 infrastructure is highly valued. In addition to backend and cloud responsibilities, you will also collaborate on frontend integration using React.js to ensure a seamless full-stack experience.

Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage highly secure, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP within a regulated fintech and blockchain environment.
Maintain and optimize production-grade distributed systems in Linux environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows to streamline deployments for both Web2 and Web3 applications.
Support blockchain infrastructure operations, including node deployment, monitoring, wallet services, RPC management, and integration with smart contract platforms.
Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configuration, firewalls, secrets management, and compliance standards required for digital asset platforms.
Collaborate closely with Full-stack, DevOps, and Smart Contract teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable and secure applications.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps Engineering, preferably within Financial Services, Fintech, Blockchain, or Digital Asset industries.
Proven experience working with blockchain or Web3 infrastructure, such as blockchain nodes, validators, RPC services, smart contract integrations, or decentralized application environments.
Strong hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Solid expertise in Linux system administration and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD automation, monitoring, logging, and cloud-native observability tools.
Strong understanding of infrastructure security, networking, and operational best practices in high-security environments.
Good communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative international team environment.
Proven experience building and managing secure CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with database clustering and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
