ERPNext Solution Architect & Developer

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business workflows, pain points, operational requirements, and system priorities.
• Translate client requirements into ERPNext configurations, including:
  • Roles and permissions
  • Workflows
  • Master data
  • Custom DocTypes
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Approval flows and automation
• Configure and customize ERPNext modules based on client needs, such as Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, Projects, HR, Manufacturing, or other relevant modules.
• Develop custom Frappe applications, Python scripts, APIs, server scripts, client scripts, hooks, and workflows where ERPNext standard features are not sufficient.
• Design and build integrations between ERPNext and external systems such as accounting platforms, payment providers, CRM tools, booking systems, websites, e-commerce platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems into ERPNext, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and import execution.
• Ensure finance-related configurations are properly set up, including invoicing, VAT/tax logic, audit trails, approval flows, and regional compliance requirements.
• Own deployment and production setup, including hosting, environment configuration, security, backups, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients during project delivery.
• Support project scoping, effort estimation, technical solution proposals, and trade-off discussions.
• Communicate clearly with clients on technical decisions, limitations, risks, and recommended approaches.
• Support go-live activities, post-launch stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, configuration guides, and handover materials.

• Vietnamese with Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – Able to communicate complex technical concepts smoothly with international clients
• At least 4–5 years of experience in software development, ERP implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Proven hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework implementation projects.
• Experience delivering multiple ERPNext/Frappe projects across different industries is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to understand unfamiliar business operations and independently turn them into ERP workflows and system structures.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience building custom Frappe apps, custom DocTypes, scripts, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Projects, or Manufacturing.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and external systems.
• Experience handling data migration from legacy systems, including validation and reconciliation.
• Understanding of finance-related business processes, including invoicing, taxation/VAT, accounting workflows, and audit trails.
• Experience with ERPNext deployment, hosting, production support, backup strategy, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive a project from discovery to go-live.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with clients from Europe, the Netherlands, or other international markets.
• Experience in consulting, software outsourcing, ERP implementation partners, or digital agencies.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, Nginx, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis, Bench, CI/CD, cloud hosting, or DevOps practices.
• Experience with ERPNext Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Stock, HR, CRM, Projects, or Asset Management modules.
• Experience integrating ERPNext with payment gateways, accounting software, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, POS systems, or booking platforms.
• Experience supporting solution estimation, pre-sales, technical proposal writing, or client demos.
• Experience working with remote international teams across different time zones.
