Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React Developer)

We are hiring a Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to help enhance and expand a bespoke CRM/ERP system tailored for a unique membership-based organization. You’ll work on both backend and frontend modules supporting administrative tools, payment workflows, and data management processes. As a company operating in Vietnam with mainly international clients, we would like our Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React Developer) to understand the client's wishes and fulfill them together with our great development team. Responsibilities

The Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React Developer) will be responsible for the following:

  • Build and extend full-stack features using Laravel 12 (PHP 8.3) and React 19 with TypeScript.
  • Implement responsive UI components using Tailwind 4 and Shadcn UI.
  • Manage data integration and persistence with PostgreSQL.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams, and follow agile development cycles.
  • Maintain clean code standards, write tests, and provide technical documentation.

Requirements

The Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React Developer) will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience with Laravel (v12) and modern PHP.
  • Proficient in React (v19) and TypeScript, with strong frontend skills.
  • Comfortable with Inertia.js 2, Vite, and component libraries like Shadcn UI.
  • Experience with Postgres and RESTful APIs.
  • Previous work on CRM/ERP or business systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of features.
