In this role, you will work at the intersection of Web3, cloud engineering, and regulated capital markets, designing and developing high-performance applications for institutional-grade digital asset solutions. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, smart contract developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver secure and intuitive Web3 experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about blockchain technologies, cloud infrastructure, and modern full-stack development, with the chance to contribute directly to how regulated finance moves on-chain.

Integrate with blockchain ecosystems, including EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and Solana, interacting directly with smart contracts.
Implement and maintain secure Web3 integrations, including wallet connectivity and token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and SPL tokens.
Develop scalable APIs (REST / WebSocket) for high-performance digital asset applications.
Architect and optimize backend systems for reliability, scalability, and security in regulated fintech environments.
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Work within Linux environments to build, maintain, and optimize production systems.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
Maintain Git-based version control and collaborative development practices.
Frontend & Full-Stack Development
Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, or AngularJS.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly Web3 interfaces.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend applications, backend services, and blockchain infrastructure.
Software Engineering Standards
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across distributed systems.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering, preferably within Blockchain, Fintech, or Digital Asset industries.
Strong hands-on experience working with EVM-compatible blockchains and/or Solana, including smart contract integration.
Solid backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Go.
Strong understanding of Web3 architecture, wallet integration, and token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and SPL.
Experience building modern frontend applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, or AngularJS.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Linux environments and Git-based version control systems.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Fintech, or Digital Asset Exchanges is highly preferred.
