General Accountant

• Follow up on petty cash
• Making bank payment order
• Collect payment request documents, check accuracy, verify invoices and vouchers, and store accounting records according to regulations effectively
• Perform monthly treasury inventory
• Record financial data into accounting software and maintaining up-to-date records
• Bookkeeping
• Preparing and releasing VAT invoices
• Prepare and submit periodic tax returns, including VAT, PIT, FCT and financial statements  in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Perform other financial and accounting tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant

• University degree in accounting or auditing
• More than 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Must have Good English reading and written skills. Nice to have good speaking skills. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred work experience in an FDI company and/or within the IT field
• Experience with VAT refund processes is preferred
• Experience working with Fast Accounting Online, Xero is a plus.
