The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
4+ years of experience in managing software development projects or teams.
Solid technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software architecture, coding principles, and modern development frameworks. (Experience in programming or system design is a strong plus.)
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the ability to establish and maintain effective software management processes.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, ensuring compliance with established quality and documentation standards.
Strong skills in analyzing and documenting detailed functional requirements, and translating them into technical deliverables.
Experienced in estimating development effort and implementation timelines for new software projects.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Project Management.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a passion for supporting team growth and development.
Proactive, willing to learn new skills, and share knowledge with others.
Experience in outsourcing environments, single-request projects, or offshore team coordination is a significant advantage.
