QA Engineer (Intermediate)

We are looking for a QA Engineer to build event management dashboards for festivals and live events. The dashboards will support multiple roles (organizers, vendors, admins) and include interfaces for wearable tech management, payment monitoring, and mobile app customization.

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will be responsible for one of the following tasks:

  • Analyze product requirements to create detailed, reusable test cases.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, UI, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Log, track, and retest bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain clear test documentation, test plans, and test reports.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders on product quality and release readiness

Requirements

The QA Engineer is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:.

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
  • Experience in defect reporting, tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and ability to validate data.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with interpreting and translating business requirements.
  • Skilled in status reporting, client follow-ups, and managing expectations.
