Senior .NET Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and services for digital healthcare platforms.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and healthcare stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support integration with internal and external systems, including healthcare platforms, third-party APIs, data services, and interoperability solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure applications are reliable, maintainable, testable, and aligned with security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers; hands-on React experience is a strong plus.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes, documentation, deployment pipelines, and code quality.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

• Vietnamese with Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – Able to communicate complex technical concepts smoothly with international clients
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in .NET / C#.
• Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and backend service development.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is highly desirable.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
• Understanding of security, data privacy, authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Fluent English communication skills – C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across distributed, international teams.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with React.js / TypeScript for frontend development.
• Previous experience in healthcare, digital health, NHS projects, EPR/EMR systems, healthtech, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data integration.
