Senior React Native + Full-stack Developer

We are building a high-impact, scalable mobile application designed to deliver seamless user experiences and real-time data interactions. Our platform leverages React Native for cross-platform mobile development, GraphQL for efficient API communication, Node.js for backend services, Supabase, NoSQL for robust data management. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team, lead technical initiatives, and shape the product architecture for growth.

Responsibilities

The Senior React Native + Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
  • Build and optimize backend services with Node.js and Supabase.
  • Implement and maintain GraphQL APIs for high-performance client-server communication.
  • Work with NoSQL databases to model, store, and query large-scale data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across frontend and backend systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in engineering.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decision-making.

Requirements

The Senior React Native + Full-stack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack or mobile development.
  • Strong expertise in React Native for iOS and Android mobile apps.
  • Proven experience with Node.js backend development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GraphQL API design and integration.
  • Practical experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, or Supabase).
  • Experience with Supabase backend-as-a-service platforms.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
