Senior TA Specialist

We are a European IT Outsourcing company specializing in providing Fast Delivery software development solutions to clients primarily in Europe and English-speaking countries. Our primary operations are run from our office in Da Nang, and we are currently in the process of establishing a new, high-growth office in Ho Chi Minh City. This Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position is based at our Ho Chi Minh City office. We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our talent strategy and build our expert team from the ground up in HCM.

Responsibilities

The Senior TA Specialist will report directly to the HR Manager and will support with the following tasks:

Strategic Recruitment (70%):

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Senior-level and above positions (e.g., Senior Developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Project Managers, etc.), critical for our Fast Delivery projects serving EU/US markets.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines from international markets or those with extensive experience working with Western clients.
  • Strategically manage negotiations and offer extensions, ensuring a professional and high-quality Candidate Experience aligned with European standards.

Network & Employer Branding (20%):

  • Leverage and expand a wide professional network to identify and recruit specialized talent through effective headhunting techniques.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to target high-demand skill sets.
  • Contribute to enhancing our Employer Brand on international platforms, promoting our image as a premium European IT partner.

General HR Support (10%):

  • Assist the management team with foundational HR tasks in the new HCM office, including (but not limited to) onboarding logistics, maintaining employee records, and supporting internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

The Senior TA Specialist is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience within the IT Outsourcing or Technology services industry.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a TA team is a strong advantage.
  • Target Market Expertise: Demonstrated strong experience in recruiting Senior/Expert-level roles with a focus on projects/clients in European, American, or other English-speaking countries.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory for professional communication, conducting interviews, and communicating with clients. 
  • Autonomy & Drive: Proven ability to work independently, effectively manage a high-volume pipeline, and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to attract and close top senior talent.
  • Network Strength: Possesses a broad and relevant professional network within the IT community.
