The Senior TA Specialist will report directly to the HR Manager and will support with the following tasks:
Strategic Recruitment (70%):
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Senior-level and above positions (e.g., Senior Developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Project Managers, etc.), critical for our Fast Delivery projects serving EU/US markets.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines from international markets or those with extensive experience working with Western clients.
- Strategically manage negotiations and offer extensions, ensuring a professional and high-quality Candidate Experience aligned with European standards.
Network & Employer Branding (20%):
- Leverage and expand a wide professional network to identify and recruit specialized talent through effective headhunting techniques.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to target high-demand skill sets.
- Contribute to enhancing our Employer Brand on international platforms, promoting our image as a premium European IT partner.
General HR Support (10%):
- Assist the management team with foundational HR tasks in the new HCM office, including (but not limited to) onboarding logistics, maintaining employee records, and supporting internal communication initiatives.
