We are looking for a Smart Contract Engineer to join our blockchain engineering team and help build secure, scalable, and institutional-grade Web3 financial infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing production-ready smart contracts across EVM-compatible blockchains and/or Solana ecosystems. You will work closely with Full-stack Engineers, Product teams, and security partners to deliver highly secure digital asset solutions for regulated financial markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about blockchain architecture, smart contract security, and tokenization technologies, with the chance to contribute directly to the future of regulated finance on-chain.

Responsibilities

Smart Contract Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and/or Solana.
  • Build scalable and maintainable blockchain protocols and on-chain business logic for regulated financial applications.

Token Standards & Blockchain Architecture

  • Architect and implement tokenization mechanisms using ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL, and institutional-grade security token standards.
  • Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency, scalability, and transaction reliability.

Security & Auditing

  • Conduct comprehensive smart contract testing, including unit testing, fuzzing, and integration testing using frameworks such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Anchor.
  • Collaborate with external security auditors to ensure high-quality, vulnerability-free production deployments.
  • Apply blockchain security best practices to minimize attack vectors and protocol risks.

Web3 Integration Support

  • Work closely with Full-stack and Backend Engineers to integrate deployed smart contracts into Web3 applications and backend services.
  • Support wallet connectivity, transaction workflows, and multi-chain interactions.

Software Engineering Standards

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Git workflows and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Blockchain and Smart Contract Development.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing production-grade smart contracts using Solidity (EVM) and/or Rust (Solana).
  • Strong experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Anchor.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, smart contract lifecycle, and gas optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of smart contract security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
  • Experience integrating smart contracts with backend systems and Web3 applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git-based development workflows.
  • Experience working within regulated financial services, tokenization platforms, digital assets, or DeFi protocols is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced engineering environments.
